Wrong size?

If you've discovered your new products don't fit your little one and just want to get a different size, we're happy to let you know that we offer FREE delivery within New Zealand for the same product but in a different size, as long as you send the items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order (and the goods are in their original condition with the original tags). You'll need to cover the cost of sending it back to us but we'll take care of the rest, regardless of whether you did or didn't pay for shipping the first time round.  Drop us a line and let's chat.


Returns and refunds

We try our best to make sure everyone is happy with their order, but for whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind, get in touch with us and send the items back within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with a full refund or store credit (less the cost of shipping, if you paid for shipping).

We cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges but not on returns. Items will need to be in a condition suitable for resale (i.e.contain all original tags and not be damaged/soiled/washed).  If the items are faulty, we will take care of things once you get in touch.
